Prices & Dynamic Pricing
Our current daily rates apply. We operate with a dynamic pricing system; therefore, all previous price lists lose their validity upon the publication of new rates. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct printing errors or mistakes. Services not consumed will not be refunded.
Additional Guests & Single Occupancy
A 30% discount is granted for the 3rd and 4th adult sharing a room. The single occupancy supplement is at least 50% of the daily rate.
Food Intolerances
Our kitchen team is happy to accommodate common intolerances such as lactose and gluten. Please inform us of any requirements prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not specialize in highly restrictive diets, strictly vegan, or low-carb diets, and do not offer specific menus for these requirements.
Children at the Nidum
The Nidum is a retreat designed primarily for adults; we do not provide childcare, playrooms, or specific children's menus. Children are, however, welcome. Fixed rates per child/night: ages 0–5: €35; ages 6–12: €55; ages 13–17: €75 (rates may vary during peak holiday seasons).
Dogs
Your four-legged friends are welcome upon prior notification (large dogs on request). Charge: €25.00 per day (excluding food). Please bring your own equipment (blanket, bowl, etc.). We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in certain suites, the dining hall, the spa area, or on the sunbathing lawn. A final cleaning fee may be charged if necessary.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. You may use the spa area on your departure day until 4:00 PM for an additional charge of €15.00 per person.
Deposit & Guarantee
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the booking value within 5 working days. By providing credit card details (including AMEX) as a guarantee, you authorize us to charge the card for the final bill or any applicable cancellation fees, unless another form of payment is agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the specific rate selected at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. Should we be forced to cancel a reservation due to unforeseeable and serious circumstances (Force Majeure), all deposits will be fully refunded or the booking rescheduled by mutual agreement.
Wellness Appointments
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the treatment price as a cancellation fee.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Cash refunds are not possible. Monetary vouchers can be applied flexibly; for promotional or personalized vouchers, specific terms and conditions apply.
E-Mobility & Parking
Our underground car park is equipped with 8 charging points. Billing is based on consumption (per kWh). Please note that we cannot guarantee reservations for specific parking spaces or room numbers.
General Information
The Nidum does not hold an official hotel star rating. We are an individual property and consciously choose not to offer certain services typical of a traditional 5-star hotel. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel interior; smoking is permitted on balconies and in the Cigar Lounge.
In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law (AGBH) apply.
