A crisp 28 years old and already a successful host in one of the most popular wellness hotels in Austria. Has a tendency to pick up the pace sensitively even in a strong headwind.
After attending the Kaiserhof Hotel Management School in Merano, Maximilian began studying political science in Innsbruck and successfully dropped out :-).
Now our boss Maximilian has returned to Tyrol. But only after he has successfully completed the conversion and reorientation of the Vinschgerhof, his parents' hotel in Silandro (South Tyrol).
Discovered the former For Friends Hotel in spring 2016, bought it in October 2016 and reopened it 2 months later as a full house with a new concept, a new name and a lot of personal flair: The NIDUM Casual Luxury Hotel.
With us since zero hour: Michaela is Maximilian's partner and your host at NIDUM.
She is everywhere, she is omnipresent. Most of the threads in the NIDUM come together with her. She sees her task in guaranteeing you the perfect vacation. Always in a good mood, Michi will advise you on all matters concerning your stay. Problems and difficulties will be solved in no time in her very special way: politely, friendly, but determined!
From day 1, Michaela, together with Maximilian, has not only built up the organization of the NIDUM, she is also responsible for the administration and our staff, for whose concerns she always has an open ear.
She pays strict attention to the most scrupulous cleanliness in the whole house, lovingly decorates the individual areas, thus contributing significantly to the unique flair of the NIDUM.
You can meet Michaela mostly behind the reception, she is happy about every guest, which she may welcome personally!
Born 1959, hotelier and politician with heart and soul.
Our Gran Signore, who with his great know-how in the hospitality industry tackles wherever it is necessary and thanks to his political experience mediates, balances and arbitrates. Maximilian's father was already a senator of the Italian Republic in Rome (2006- 2013) and today leads the South Tyrolean Hoteliers and Innkeepers Association as president. (HGV)
An enthusiastic cook who does not like to be in the spotlight and prefers to communicate about his dishes
Although Damnjan, a native Croatian who has since naturalized in Tyrol, grew up by the sea, he prefers to cook with meat rather than fish. "Fish is like a woman, you have to be very careful," he wryly indicates. In his highly praised cuisine, Damnjan relies heavily on the regionality of the raw materials he uses and tries to source 90 percent of the products he needs from the nearby area.
Makes many friends with his refreshingly open manner, especially among our guests
Of Russian origin, but raised in Germany. A bear of a man with a very fine manner. Our restaurant manager also runs the bar himself, as cocktails are his great passion. Even if it's time to get down to business, you won't notice it on him, there is no situation where he doesn't have an appropriate saying on his lips - or the right dish - or drink in his hand!
Has the ability to come out of nowhere when it comes to cleanliness in the NIDUM.
The NIDUM is spotlessly clean thanks to our housekeeper Halime and her hardworking maids. Halime is constantly on the move in the house to instruct and control your room fairies. There must not be a speck of dust on the bare surfaces, every sheet must be perfect, every blanket must be aligned at the right angle. Only then she is satisfied and can hand over a spotless room to our guests - every day anew!
Roswita, Claudia and Istvan are responsible for your physical well-being at NIDUM .
On the second floor of the NIDUM, these 3 are responsible for the spa. All beauty treatments, massages and rituals are performed by the 3 highly professional and friendly.
For your well-being, you will always find a member of the SPA team at the SPA reception from 09:00 to 19:00.
