8 very good reasons to come to NIDUM in March!

One of the most beautiful months in our region: March.
Right after waking up on most days you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the high fog over the Inn valley directly from your room and in addition directly into the forest, if you have chosen one of our "Nice" - suites!

In the great outdoors you can still expect deep snow-covered hiking trails, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and ski slopes. Plenty of sunshine guarantees the first spring temperatures at lunchtime and in the afternoon this guarantees cozy hours on the sunny apero terrace! Of course, we at the NIDUM are also well prepared for this month, so we have summarized here for you the most important 9 things that you should not miss in and around the NIDUM in March!

1. Seefeld? #skifeld!

The Nordic World Championships in Seefeld were a great success, but are now history! And we are very happy that now in Seefeld everything revolves around skiing again! And there is a lot going on in Seefeld! For example, on Shrove Tuesday, March 5, from 2:00 p.m., as part of the #skifeld Party, the famous Ö3 Pistenbully will be at the valley station of the Gschwandtkopf ski area, just a 2-minute drive from the NIDUM! After this party, we will go with torches to the Sportalm, where a breathtaking evening event will take place with a ski show of the Seefeld ski schools, racing skidoo, freestylers, European champions in shape action skiing and paragliders.

The crowning finale will be an after-show party with DJ A. van K. in the Sportalm. Admission free!

2. The „Raspberry Thyme Smash“: Romy`s Drink of the Month

The perfect cocktail for the snow and the blue sky above the NIDUM! Made with vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, homemade thyme syrup, raspberry jam & tonic, our Romy will send you straight to 7th (cocktail) heaven from our sunny terrace!

3. Sun skiing on the Gschwandkopf

Only two minutes by car from the NIDUM lies the small but fine skiing area Gschwandtkopf. Thanks to our free shuttle service (on request), a car-free and stress-free ski day awaits you there in the immediate vicinity of your hotel. From the Seewald slope you even have an unobstructed view of the NIDUM and the Inn valley below! From here, 2 rustic T-bar lifts will bring you back to the Sonnenalm in a very relaxed way, which offers an unobstructed view of the entire Olympic region covered in deep snow!

4. The Infinity Pool

Outside temperatures down to minus 20 degrees, snow, frost and ice. None of this can harm you in the NIDUM pool: The water is a cozy 32 degrees even in the pool's outdoor area. Just right to feel really comfortable and sheltered despite the frosty environment! And you shouldn't forget to activate the massage jets while you're at it! Between thousands of bubbles, the water pleasure becomes even more sensual!

5. Sweat & Relax: The "In da Mountains" Sauna

The exciting outdoor sauna of the NIDUM is built cheekily and lonely next to the hotel in the rocks and can only be reached via a suspension bridge. Once you have reached it, you will enjoy absolute tranquility in this Finnish sauna and a bombastic view through the large panoramic window. When you return to the mainland, an ice-cold plunge pool awaits you just behind the suspension bridge, but also a hot whirlpool (32 degrees)!

6. The NIDUM Club Sandwich: Best on the Apero Terrace!

Nice to feel now, despite the deep at night, how the power of the sun increases from day to day! The best place to do this is on the cozy terrace of the NIDUM, where you can expect many pleasant seats and lots of fur and wool blankets.

The only way to make this even better is to have the magnificent NIDUM Club Sandwich served to you, perhaps with a glass of champagne?

7. Winter hiking- directly from the NIDUM

It starts right behind the house: As soon as you leave the NIDUM on the 5th floor through the Outdoor Access, you find yourself in the middle of untouched nature. Well-trodden hiking trails lead you through the deeply snow-covered landscape to Lake Möser, but also to Seefeld and the surrounding neighboring communities. Perfect for healthy exercise in the fresh air before heading back to the warm spa of the NIDUM. :-)
